F Ro: That’s a very selfish angle on this blog.
I say we are all about building an online community, helping humanity, the realization of an invisible org theory college, a forum for orgheads, a reprieve from coding, laughter, Fabio’s online journal and bubble, an opportunity to vent and informally discuss issues in a timely fashion, the mirror of organizational truth, etc, etc.
Since you are already reading this comment — my co-author (oh, and little me) has this cool, new paper that will change the field and everyone should read [insert link].
