  2. As a hardcore Juddian, I got 83% the first try, then 92%. The key to Judd is to understand the integration of semi-enclosed cubes and rectangles as a design element. So Judd furniture is boxy and almost enclosed (like the blue chair here ) while cheap furniture has a lot of open space.

  4. I missed three. Stuff that was appallingly flimsy and unattractive were “priceless” Judd designs. Back to the shop for me…

  5. Randy, while I have a soft spot for minimalism, Judd furniture always underwhelmed me. I don’t think it looks good. While I have never sat in one, I imagine they’re ergonomic nightmares.

  6. As a hater of cheap furniture I got a 92% on the first try. Really, I just set a threshold for complete impracticality as the art. The sad part is the cheap furniture was the practical stuff here.
