Position Description and Duties The Department of Sociology at The City College of New York, invites applications for an anticipated full-time, tenure track position at the Assistant Professor level available at the beginning of the Fall 2015 semester. The successful candidate, once hired, is expected to fulfill the College’s requirements with regard to teaching, research, record of publications, and service to the institution. The school also houses the Ph.D. program in clinical psychology offered by the CUNY Graduate Center and the CUNY Dominican Studies Institute.
