  1. Very good. While not working at a University, I manage a large computer training center for the government and the center chart pretty much describes me. I would be happy with the first chart, though due to time constraints I need to outsource most of our instruction. I have found a great time management tool that allows me to view my entire GTD at work on my Win machine, at home on my Macs and even on my cell phone. And another app lets me call in tasks to my GTD without any writing or typing, great for those thoughts that hit me while driving and this has helped a great deal with the 175%.
