the new computational sociology conference – sign up today!
This coming August 15, Dan McFarland of Stanford University and I will host a conference on the new computational sociology at the Stanford campus. The goal is to bring together social scientists, informatics researchers, and computer scientists who are interested in how modern computation can be brought to bear on issues that are of central importance to sociology and related disciplines. Interested people should go to the following web site for information on registration and presentation topics. I hope to see you there.

In order to make it easy for students, the fee is $10. We are also using funds to minimize transportation costs. We’re looking into buses for ferrying people around. We have very, very little money but we are using what we have to minimize costs.

For grad students who can’t attend, it would be nice to have access to these talks through YouTube.

Two others that seem to be missing from a lot of the god forr you recipes is:
ease annd selection: both of which are offered up in the Hungy Girl coiok
books. Often described as “a large dog in the body of a small dog,” it is
similar to thhe Norwegian Buhund aand related to modern Welshi Corgis as well aas Shetland Sheepdogs.
